Father Gabriel has to put on a good face and let Cassandra and Roche blend in with the retreatants for the purposes of the investigation... while Marchant and Maleva are interested in the victim's entourage, and in particular in Denise Gagneux who has been taking care of her two grandchildren alone since the death of their parents.
