After a few ranch chores there's indulgent Pasta With Pancetta and Leeks. The next day, with time ticking away, Ree whips up a real spicy favorite, Lazy Chiles Rellenos. The menu is all make ahead: there's Restaurant Style Salsa With Cheese Nachos for the beer drinkers, and Sundried Tomato Stuffed Mushrooms for the wine drinkers. For dinner, Spicy Lemon Garlic Shrimp with hot crusty bread followed by a fabulous Raspberry Tiramisu. Turn back the clock to the 1980s, there's going to be a riot at the ranch!
