Later, when she addresses him as Asur Raj, he asks her to address him by his name. On recalling about his mother's death, he holds Vrinda's hands and hurts her. Later, he tends to her. Vrinda becomes lost in thoughts of Jalandhar. Shukracharya asks Jalandhar to get married before the war begins, but in vain. Meanwhile, Apasmaar provokes Mahadev.
