Esther cannot reach her husband after a great loss. She decides to look for him. Evi is assigned a murder case, which is linked to the suspected human trafficking couple Sylvia and Ingmar. Sylvia is offered a deal to testify against Ingmar, but declines. In the evening she receives one of her regular customers: Eric. Due to a misunderstanding, things get out of hand and Eric flees.
Esther reports Eric's missing. She finds out that Eric is cheating on her from photos of him and a woman with a specific tattoo, which she finds on her father's computer. Evi gets drunk

Evi gets drunk at her twins' party and this leads to a big confrontation with Gust. Ingmar brings Imana to Amsterdam, where he has a fight with his rival Elarbi.
