Dean is overwhelmed by the amount of stuff that Tori has in her storage. They decide to hold an estate sale which yields more people and media than they had anticipated.

Meanwhile, Tori is so concerned about her unborn baby's wellbeing, that she heads to the doctor twice to make sure that first the sex didn't kill her baby, and then that the bath she took didn't kill her baby. Dean is less than thrilled to accompany Tori as she registers for baby items.

Tori thinks that she has gone into labor as Dean is cooking breakfast for the guests and they rush off leaving the guests sitting there.
