Tori and Dean are bound and determined to open a Bed and Breakfast, except they don't have the money. So after meeting with a financial consultant, they are advised to sell everything they have. Dean is overwhelmed by the amount of stuff that Tori has in her storage. They decide to hold an estate sale which yields more people and media than they had anticipated.
