Thomas and Mia continue the investigation into Marcus' death and discover that he had booked several meetings with former coastal hunters. When another coastal hunter is found murdered, they realize that the perpetrator is targeting those who graduated in the 1980s.
Thomas and Mia try to track down all the coastal hunters who have appeared in the investigation. At the same time, they learn that Officer Cronwall has disappeared and it turns out that he was lying, he had met Marcus.
