Joe Lindsay and new presenter Mairead Ronan kick-off the travel series in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada. They're on a mission to find out if there's more to 'sin city' than just gambling. Mairead takes a romantic gondola ride along a Venetian canal - in a hotel, Joe takes to the skies on a helicopter ride over the stunning Grand Canyon, they marvel at the neon museum, fine dine at the Bellagio, and a construction site lends itself to an unusual and high-octane activity. In this week's short Getaway, Mairead and her son Dara take a self-catering break in Co Fermanagh.

Mairead Ronan and Joe Lindsay travel north to the land of fire and ice - Iceland. They tour the golden circle, take a dip in the famous Blue Lagoon, explore the architecture of Reykjavik and take to the seas in search of humpback and minke whales. And in our short Getaway, Mairead takes a road trip around the Inishowen peninsula in Co Donegal.

This week Joe Lindsay and Mairead Ronan visit the Tyrol region of Austria while in this week’s short Getaway Joe heads to the village of Cong, Co. Mayo.

Joe Lindsay and Vogue Williams take a trip to the Algarve in Portugal to find out why this area is a perennial family favourite for Irish holidaymakers. They explore the beaches of Albufeira, take in the famous coastline, discover why the Algarve is great for golfing and go wild at a waterpark. And on this week's short Getaway, Joe visits Wicklow to take in the sights of ancient Glendalough, explore the beautiful Powerscourt Estate, and he gets a rush of adrenaline on a stunt-driving experience.

In the final episode of the series, Joe Lindsay and Mairead Ronan visit Los Angeles before Mairead heads to Lough Erne in county Fermanagh.
