The only problem is that it's 130 degrees outside and these cars weren't meant for that kind of climate when they were new. Ed's Aston Martin V12 Vanquish is barely a 4-banger at this point, Tyler's CL65 AMG breaks in a new and hilarious way, but Freddy's Maserati has been reborn in the form of a 2007 BMW M6, graciously negotiated by Ed. With friends like these, who needs enemies?

On today's episode of Car Trek, AutoTempest challenged the guys to test out each other's cars and tally up everything wrong with them. Ed's Aston Martin V12 Vanquish needs more pre-flight checks than the space shuttle, Tyler's CL65AMG is perfect except for some very unusual issues, and Freddy has TOTALLY REDEEMED HIMSELF and brought the Maserati back to life. Unfortunately it's still as rough around the edges as it was. Then the guys get their cars appraised by John Ficarra, an experience none of them will ever forget...or want to remember.
