One hundred years have passed since the founding of the Communist Party of China. This film depicts the blood and tears of the "revolution" through excavated footage. Color footage taken by a cameraman dispatched by the Soviet Union shows Mao Zedong attending the founding ceremony at Tiananmen Square in vivid colors. Tiananmen Square has been the stage for a hundred years of upheaval. The portrait of Sun Yat-sen, the father of the revolution, was raised, and at the end of the war, the Japanese surrender ceremony was held with 200,000 people watching. The Pacific War is approaching its 80th anniversary. While propaganda reports continued to show the "victory" of the front lines, the camera clearly captured everyday life during the war. A woman sending a photo of herself to a soldier in the war zone in a comfort bag, children called "Sho-kokumin" living in evacuation camps for school children, students' tattered boots in the rainy Jingu Gaien Garden as they go off to battle, and people from the south bowing repeatedly to the new Japanese rulers. From frenzy to despair, this film depicts life after the guns for 1,347 days, not on the battlefield, through excavated footage.
