The newly discovered footage vividly records the expressions on the faces of people trying to recover from the two devastations. The film depicts 150 years of destruction and creation in Tokyo, a huge city that overcame destruction and was reborn like a phoenix thanks to the passion of Eiichi Shibusawa, the "father of Japanese capitalism," and other famous and unknown people.
