For this dish, we take mozzarella cheese that we are going to turn into bowls and shells for our taco filling. We take the cheese and spread it onto parchment paper in small circle batches. This is going to go into a toaster oven to cook. We allow the cheese to melt and then place it over a muffin tin pan to shape the cheese into a bowl and leave some of them flat to create our taco shells.
