30 civilian Danes have signed up for the challenge of a lifetime: a specially designed aspirant course over eight days led by four former hunter soldiers. Do the 30 have what it takes to become elite soldiers? The aspirants test their strength with exercises that are all based on the entrance exams for the elite forces. From day one, they are challenged with races with packs in difficult terrain, hard physical exercises and the dreaded march. It doesn't take long before the first ones fall off. They are the ones who have no willpower, says the directors Thomas Rathsack, Erik B. Jørgensen, Rune Danielsen and Magnus Hansson.

It is early morning, and the aspirants are awakened in the worst possible way: glaring dogs and shouting instructors attack the sleeping aspirants. It is the start of a day where the aspirants must learn to deal with fear. The self-confidence exercise 'Dead wall' is on the programme, and it causes problems for several of the aspirants. It is also today that the aspirants must show that they have a big fighter's heart, because the boxing ring calls. And then the day ends with the most dreaded exercise of all: the endurance test.

Teeth chattering, fingers shaking, clothes drenched from inside to outside. From early morning to late evening. It is the menu for the remaining aspirants on day four of the aspirant course, where the heading is cold. The aspirants have to go through a day where even the coolest are pushed to the edge, and where only those with the strongest psyche make it through. Several of the so far strongest aspirants have to give up.

Only ten aspirants are left on a day where they experience how important it is to trust one's comrades. Already from the morning, the aspirants are put to a test, which turns out to have major consequences for the team. Later in the day, the aspirants will be tested in a classical discipline. They have to find their way through dense forest only with the help of map and compass. It turns out to be more difficult than expected for several of them. Finally, the instructors choose which aspirants they want to send on, but the four former hunter soldiers do not agree.

The last six aspirants are sent on an operation, where they must use all the skills they have acquired over the past five days. Before departure, the aspirants are given the last good advice on the road before they are split into two patrols and sent off. The aspirants have a clear goal in mind. They have to locate a drone and collect data from it. But the aspirants are tired after five days of hard physical pressure, almost no food and sleep - and not everyone can keep up.

There is only one day left before the aspirants have completed 'The Corps'. but it will be the hardest day in the life of the aspirants. They have been captured and must be subjected to interrogation for the next several hours, which will make them reveal what mission they have been on. Stress positions, white noise, water and cold are just some of the methods that the interrogator uses to break the aspirants mentally. The instructors follow everything so that they can finally make a decision about who should be sent on to the final confidence test and thus get the opportunity to go all the way. It will be a day that the aspirants will never forget. NOTE: The program is not suitable for children.
