30 civilian Danes have signed up for the challenge of a lifetime: a specially designed aspirant course over eight days led by four former hunter soldiers. Do the 30 have what it takes to become elite soldiers? The aspirants test their strength with exercises that are all based on the entrance exams for the elite forces. From day one, they are challenged with races with packs in difficult terrain, hard physical exercises and the dreaded march. It doesn't take long before the first ones fall off.
