A day in the life working in Tokyo Japan as a Delivery Worker at Sagawa Express, one of the largest transportation companies in Japan. This is what a typical day working in Japan is like if you worked for a large shipping company as a Japanese delivery man or delivery women in Tokyo. Japan work life and Japan work culture can be seen throughout the video from morning until evening. Yasuho, who is 22 years old, recently started working in a Japanese company Sagawa and we follow her through her average working day in Tokyo Japan. These are her typical working hours in Japan. She loves working in Japan and for her Japanese company as a Japanese delivery worker. Japanese delivery women work the same as the delivery men in Japan and there doesn't seem to be much of difference in work responsibilities. The Japan working culture is shown as we follow Kento, 27 year old Pachinko Parlor Hall Manager from morning until evening to see what his average Japanese job is like. Pachinko Hall manager works at Maruhan, one of the largest Pachinko companies in Japan. Pachinko is a type of mechanical ball game resembling pinball, but instead with many tiny balls and with the aim to drop the balls into specific pockets in the machine. If one of the balls, goes into the designated pocket, called STATO CHAKKA, it will initiate a slot machine like roll on the LCD screen. If the numbers or patterns line up, then it’s a jackpot.

Teru, 44 years old, runs a local Japanese meat butcher shop in Tokyo, Yanagiya, which has been in his family for 73 years. It’s named after his family, Yanagi. Yanagiya only sells A5 Sendai Gyu Beef, which is famous for having a strict grading criteria for it’s meat, as only 30 % of the cows in Miyagi prefecture are good enough to be certified with premium A5 medal. All Japanese beef is considered wagyu beef, but not all Wagyu beef is A5 grade. A5 wagyu beef is the highest quality of meat you can get in Japan based on it’s beef grading system. Basically, you have Yield Grade and a Quality Grade, hence A AND 5.

A Day in the Life of Japanese Baby in Tokyo. Taiga Wolverine "Wolfy" recently turned 5 months old and this is what his typical day would be like from morning until evening. Wolfy shows us what a Japanese baby would typically do in Japan but also what it is like being raised with bilingual parents. Wolfy's has a Japanese Mom and an American Dad and they live in Tokyo in a 2 bedroom apartment. Wolfy shares the same bedroom as his parents, which is typical in Japan. This bilingual family living in Japan show how mom and dad share the responsibilities of raising a child in Japan. so Wolfy learns both Japanese and English throughout the day. As a Japanese mom raising a Japanese baby, Maiko wakes up early to feed Wolfy and is often woken up in the middle of the night for feedings. The longest stretch of sleep at the moment is from Wolfy's bedtime at 6PM for about 5 hours. After that, throughout the night, he usual wakes up after a few hours.

A day in the life of Japanese Politician in Tokyo Japan. We follow a Tokyo Politician from from morning until evening to show her workday giving insight on Japanese work culture and Japanese culture in general. We also see Japanese working hours and would it would be like to work in Japan as a politician. Specifically, we will be following a Kugikaigiiin, in English, a City Council Member in Minato-ku in Tokyo. Confusingly, the term Ku in English means ward, a subdivision of a city, yet in Tokyo all of the 23 wards, like Minato-ku, are classified as cities since they’re equally independent and governed like a city even with their own mayor. Hence it's called Minato City. There are 34 council members in Minato city, directly elected by Citizens every 4 years. City Council members, decide on matters such as budgets, ordinances & deliberate and decide on municipal policies, all the while, working closely with the Mayor.
