Alma has come home from a long and bad fall holiday, and now she is going back to her everyday life, school and her best friend, Tone. But a lot has happened in a week. Tone has opened her eyes to a group of older girls, and now Alma has to do everything she can to get her best friend back.

Alma tries to manage Friday's birthday party, where she has to show Tone's new girlfriends that she's cool enough to hang out with them. Alma can't understand that Aske is not as busy with the party being good as she is. But Aske has his own problem to contend with. An involuntary boner.

Alma and Aske cannot agree on what their birthday party should be like. But Alma makes a bargain with her mother, making her birthday a real party. Alma just needs Aske to make the barter successful.

The twins have shared their common birthday parties in two different parties, but now friends from the class should be invited as soon as possible. But how do you invite people who are naked in the communal bath?

It's the day before Alma's big party. But party or not, sometimes you just have to... shit. Alma gets caught in the clogged toilet by the school's grandiose girls, Sara and Sofie, and it's going to be a real situation for Alma.

Alma has to hold a party so bold that it can impress Tone's older girlfriends and Alma borrows some beer from her father. At the same time, Aske has to keep his party out in the garden, which Elias thinks is completely idiotic. The party is not going well at all, as neither Alma nor Aske have prepared anything.

Tone is in love and her thoughts revolve around only one person. Sif. But how do you actually flirt without making fun of yourself?

Aske hears that the girls like trained boys. So Aske wants to have bigger muscles, but fortunately Elijah is pretty sure he can easily transform Aske into a "choppy mate".

Bun? Swipe? Love? Ash doesn't know what to call sex to avoid Elijah making fun of him. Ash invents his own word, but unfortunately Dan is also interested in Ash's invention.

Tone is tired that Elias only talks about breasts, she's confused about what's going on with her and Sif, and now she's also getting her menstruation in the middle of the hour. Can such a day be good at all?

Aske wants more hair because he thinks he is the one he knows who has the least. Alma wants less hair because she thinks she's the one she knows who has the most. It's going to be a tough day for the two twins.

Elias is tired of Carl gets more attention than himself, and Elias invents what he's done with a girl in the autumn holiday. The boys think Elias' stories are really exciting, but once you start lying, it can be pretty hard to stop again.

Aske's day becomes really confusing as he has to manage the fake profile in which he pretends to be a girl Elias has been with in Italy. At the same time, Aske also has to deal with getting a new biology teacher, who Aske thinks is really beautiful.

Alma finds a secret thing in Tone's closet and gets invited to join Tone and Sif. But being the third wheel is not always so easy.

The class must leave on a camping trip. Alma really wants to sit in the back of the bus with Tone and Aske really wants to sit up front so he can talk to the new biology teacher, Trine.

Aske is afraid that his biology teacher will see his night boner as she walks her night tours on the camp trip. Elias has a plan for how Aske can avoid it, but it is not a plan that Aske wants to embark on.

Alma wants a boyfriend and Carl seems like a good bidder. Elias arranges a lousy round of truth or dare, and this is the obvious opportunity to get closer to Carl, or is it?

Tone does not cope with the teachers' night runs and instead invites Sif up to the empty hut so they can be all alone. At the same time, Alma must try to score Carl out in the dark forest.

Elias has found that he doesn't really score girls when acting though, but in return it seems that the girls like a sensitive guy. So that just makes Elijah stay the same.

Tone tries to avoid Sif after the failed solo night in the cabin, and instead spends her time helping Aske talk to girls. Sometimes it is just easier to tell others what to do than to do it yourself.

Alma is going to have a new bra, but since she is friends with Tone, she has to take Sofie and Sara out shopping.

Alma goes to a sleepover with Sofie and Sara, but it doesn't resemble the sleepovers that Alma usually has with Tone. Sara and Sofie have some other ideas about what girl coziness means.

Aske loves Sara, but it is not so easy to flirt during a geography test. Elias always tends to be good at school, but it suddenly becomes difficult to concentrate on school assignments.

Tone has lost both her best friend and girlfriend, and has to go to the flea market with her father and sell all the things from her childhood.

Aske gets a visit from Sara and this is an obvious chance for the first, real kiss. But both Elias and Aske's father have a lot of ideas about how the first kiss should play out and that makes the visit extra difficult for Aske.

Alma has had her braces removed and now she has to show the whole world the real and beautiful Alma. Elias just has a completely different plan and it completely changes Alma's day.

Aske has arranged a double date to see horror films. But Elias has trouble concentrating on the date and is suddenly more interested in vacuuming and washing up than splatter film and popcorn.

Alma and Aske go to Sif's party. But they just had to lie a little bit to their parents about what they are supposed to do.

The four come to Sif's party, but the party theme becomes a problem for Alma and Aske, who don't want to party without a lot of clothes on.

Sif's pool party actually seems to be the party of the year, but Sif has a secret that will cause the party to explode.

Aske has been allowed to take Elijah on a ski vacation and needs Elijah's help to recover from his love sickness. Alma just happens to be in Sweden too and it makes it difficult for Elias to focus on the boy trip.

Aske goes on a ski date with Swedish Elin. Elias has just promised Elin that Aske is Denmark's best skier but that is not true at all.

Aske finally gets alone with his best friend on the ski vacation. But then one accident after another begins to happen.

Aske is furious at Elias and tries to eat away his sorrows. Elias has to try and sweet-talk Aske to understand why he lied to him throughout the skiing holiday.

Alma and Elias are going back to school. They just haven't tried to have a boyfriend during school hours before, so they make a deal to keep it a secret. After all, everyone should not interfere in their relationship.

Tone is really tired of love, teachers and parents and just wants to hang out with Alma. Alma just has a pretty big secret that she hasn't told Tone yet.

Tone has broken into an allotment hut because she does not bother to stay with her father. But the friendship weekend with Alma doesn't go as Tone has planned.

Aske has got his first job and now he has to find out how to be a good employee, colleague and son while being completely hungry.

Alma has shared a bed with Elias for the first time, but when she wakes up she is soaked through on the bed. This makes the comfort of the allotment hut extra difficult.

Tone visits Sif because she doesn't know who else to talk to. At the same time, Alma can't understand why Elias doesn't bother to touch her when Elias has always been so crazy about everything related to sex and girls.

Alma and Aske's parents have to hold a copper wedding anniversary, which makes it difficult for Aske to deal with the fact that his best friend and twin sister have become lovers.

A copper wedding anniversary party can easily be awkward, but this one will be extra awkward.
