Colin is in the heartland of traditional Ireland, where old meets new in the most exciting ways. A must-see destination for foodies is County Mayo, the home of the famous Atlantic Sea Spray Lamb. Colin learns to control the flock by calling the superbly trained sheep dog and then argues with the locals about how best to cook their famous lamb chops. But once the farmer, the butcher and the chef sit down on the windy, sunny hillside to taste Colin’s offering, the verdict is unanimous, delicious.
