Hollywood nail salon owner Katie Cazorla, aka "The Queen of Nails," continues to expand her celebrity-filled salon, The Painted Nail, to keep it the hottest spa in town. However, the salon's future is in jeopardy when a client gets sick after nail tech Lisa encourages her to eat the foot scrub.

Katie drags her fiancé, Walter, to an animal shelter to find a new dog but instead ends up in tears. Her unhappiness is short lived when she gets invited to be a judge in a national toddler pageant in Las Vegas - her ultimate dream! Meanwhile, tensions run high between the nail techs in the salon after client stealing accusations.

Walter is livid with Katie when she makes a careless decision forcing him to cancel an important business trip and tend to a disruptive new family member.

Katie attempts to throw a champagne-sized party on a beer-sized budget to celebrate her new hair boutique, but when her party planner fails to lock in a sponsor, Katie is faced with a caviar-sized bill. Then, Katie gets an opportunity of a lifetime that could change the future of "The Painted Nail" forever.

It's no tea party when dueling party planners threaten Katie's fabulous Alice in Wonderland-themed soiree at her salon. Everything's got to be just right - from Katie's sexy Alice costume to a custom photo booth to the red carpet press-line for celebrity guests. By the time the event is in full swing, Katie is stunned when everything goes dark.

Katie gets back to her roots with the opportunity to perform standup comedy for the first time in years, but her nerves are frayed from salon drama after her star employee interrupts a private party in a drunken stupor.

Excited to expand, Katie heads to Miami in hopes to open a second location of her salon, but her dreams are crushed when her business partners don't understand The Painted Nail concept.

Katie makes a trip to her hometown of Elmira, NY, not only for her high school reunion, but to receive a key to the city! Unfortunately the day takes a turn when an intense argument with Walter pushes their relationship to the brink. When Katie finally returns to Los Angeles, it's a race against the clock to prepare for the release of her latest nail innovation.
