Documentary set on board the Majestic Princess, capable of carrying 3,500 guests and with a crew of 1,400 - including a few familiar faces from past series. The cruise ship, under the leadership of captain Dino and hotel general manager Jasper, will be travelling from Australia and New Zealand to Hong Kong and Singapore - with an equator-crossing party along the way. This route represents new ground for the company and creates more than its fair share of navigational challenges.

As the Majestic Princess leaves Hong Kong bound for Singapore, Geordie hotel services engineer Scott faces a tsunami of sheets when the conveyor breaks down. There is a life-changing development for identical twins and front-desk workers Maria and Francesca when the latter is given the chance of promotion - meaning she has to leave the ship and her sister in less than 12 hours to take the new job. Aerial acrobats Pav and Izzy work on an ambitious new routine in the theatre and US passengers Joe and Bill are blown away by a trip to Ho Chi Minh City.
