It all started as a dream, and seemed to fit perfectly. But with a candlelight dinner opened Pascal Bortloff Maria Hoffmann, but that he can not imagine a relationship with her himself. For the single mother of a five year old daughter world collapses. The next morning, Pascal is found dead in his apartment, killed with a brandy bottle.
During the investigation the SOKO encounters Pascal organizer of women's acquaintances and a matchmaking agency. Everything indicates that the perpetrator must be among the many women with whom Pascal met. Managing Gerlinde Read reacts dismayed at the death of her best customers and concerned for the good reputation of their agency. Unwillingly, it gives out the addresses of the women. Among them is Carmen Rubio, a very pretty Spanish girl, it really should not have needed to take a placement assistance.

Anne, die Tochter des erfolgreichen Obsthändlers Klausner, wird seit drei Tagen vermisst. Die SOKO befürchtet, dass sie einem Verbrechen zum Opfer gefallen ist. Annes Vater schaltet den Hellseher Maximilian ein, der in einer Seance den Fundort der Leiche in einem See in der Nähe des Fruchthofes vorhersagt. Und er hat Recht! Hajo Trautzschke ist außer sich. Er glaubt nicht an den Spuk und will wissen, woher Maximilian das Täterwissen hat. Doch der Hellseher beruft sich auf seine Intuition.
Unter Mordverdacht geraten Annes Freund Lutz Pfeiffer, mit dem sie einen heftigen Streit hatte, und Harry Markowski, ihr Ex-Verlobter und engster Mitarbeiter ihres Vaters. Aber auch der Hellseher bleibt verdächtig, deshalb schickt die SOKO Jan zum ihm als "Kunden". Über einen Flirt mit Maximilians charmanter Assistentin Valeria versucht Jan, weitere Indizien zu finden. Verwirrt muss er allerdings feststellen, dass der Hellseher auch ihm Dinge sagen kann, die Jan im Innersten bewegen. Jan beschließt, hinter den Trick des Hellsehers zu kommen. Denn eines ist sicher: Nur so kann auch der Mordfall gelöst werden.

The investigation leads the SOKO in the garage of Manfred Ehlers. Nils Kretzschmer had worked here as a mechanic. His colleague Mario Menzel soon gets under suspicion. Miguel and Hajo are on the way home, as they are called by radio in the Crown pharmacy. A customer has heard a shot. When the two SOKO officers arrive on the scene, they find the murdered pharmacist Renate Menzel and their totally bewildered husband Carsten. Very close they discover two suspicious characters who flee. In pursuit of Leipzig backyards are Hajo breaks her leg. The two men escaped.
While the SOKO now trying headed by Jan elucidate the pharmacies case, the motionless, sick leave Hajo bored at the home of his daughter Leni and starts to watch the neighbors of the house opposite.
His eyes wander to the attractive single woman seltzer. Fascinated, he watched as woman seltzer only meets her lover and later this man with his apparently unsuspecting wife receives for dinner. Upper Commissioner Ina Zimmermann astonished badly when Herbert Kochler enters the Homicide Bureau and a murder confesses. Even more amazed when Hajo the man wants to send home again Ina. Herbert is one of the harmless lunatics who want to make always interesting to the public by claiming to have committed crimes of which they know the truth but only from the media.
Ina is the thing odd to because of the young patrolman Karsten Hoefke, the Herbert wants to have killed, nothing stands in the newspaper. In case there is not. Ina goes into the matter. And in fact, they discovered Karsten Hoefke shot in his apartment. The factual circumstances correspond exactly to what Herbert has described. Hajo is shocked that Herbert has his fantasies now seem to be implemented in violence and arrested the perpetrator confessed that seems to be happy to come finally behind bars. Ina is the only one on the team who may not believe that Herbert is capable of such an act. In the early morning hours Ingo Meier is drunk taxi home. The pensioner Paul Baumgarten, who walks so early with his little dog, is mobbed by Ingo and rumgestoßen. A short time later Margot Baumgarten found her husband lying motionless in the corner of the house.
Initial investigations of the special commission found that Baumgarten was brutally kicked to death. In the survey of all residents Ingo Meier is defined by its indifference and arrogance.
