Robert St. John and Wyatt Waters travel to Tuscany and visit with their friends in Tavernelle and Barbarino. Wyatt paints a bell tower and Italian architecture while Robert explores some of his favorite “locals only” cuisine. The duo prepares the 1000-year-old villas for upcoming guests and enjoy the thrill of Italian breakfasts.

Robert St. John and Wyatt Waters visit beautiful San Gimignano in Tuscany. Wyatt learns that painting can be hazardous while trying to portray the historical towers. Robert enjoys the world’s best gelato in the square while sight-seeing. The group feasts at a Michelin Star Restaurant.

Robert St. John and Wyatt Waters explore the wonders of Florence, Italy. Robert has the group join a club to experience a night of dining unlike any other. Wyatt has a second near-death scare while painting a plein air watercolor of olive bushes and lemon plants. The group marvels at the splendor of Michelangelo’s David.

Robert St. John and Wyatt Waters get rare access to the Museum of the Orca and learn about Siena’s legendary races, The Palio. Wyatt paints a wishing well on a Tuscan hillside, and Robert enjoys authentic Italian pizza with truffles. The tour guide, Marina, teaches the group about contratas while she learns to “speak Southern” herself.

Robert St. John and Wyatt Waters lead a group around the magnificent Tuscan countryside. Robert leaves Wyatt on a roadside to paint chickens. After visiting a family farm, the group learns that eating in their 1000-year-old villa can be as delicious as going to a ristorante. Robert learn how Semifonte was completed destroyed and cursed by ancient Florence.

Robert St. John and Wyatt Waters discover an American treasure outside Florence, Italy, and participate in a flag ceremony. Wyatt learns about his father’s role in WWII and tackles a difficult painting at night. The group attends an opera in a beautiful chapel at their villa. Robert takes his friends to an elegant wine-tasting at Antinori.

Robert St. John and Wyatt Waters return to beautiful Florence, Italy for Wyatt’s first visit to the Uffizi Gallery. Robert provides a unique ravioli-making experience. Wyatt paints a clothesline on a Tuscan farm. Wyatt learns new Italian words and shares them to Robert’s dismay. The group sings rowdy country music around a piano after a meal.

In the season finale, Robert St. John and Wyatt Waters enjoy their craziest adventure yet, meeting Dario the Butcher. Wyatt tries to paint at the villa but encounters rain. Steep hills are a challenge for the transportation. The drivers for our group learn some English and share animal noises. Robert enjoys some final meals in Tuscany before heading home.
