Ben spends up to two hours a day cleaning his kitchen hob despite the fact he has only used it once, and doesn't sleep in his bed for fear of creasing the sheets. He heads to Guildford, Surrey, to meet upholsterer and craft enthusiast Gerri, whose home is stuffed with three years' worth of material waiting to be upcycled.
