Murphy's Mob

A new manager arrives at Dunmore United football club and has to deal with fighting kids with their own grievances. One of them known as the Prof wants to set up a junior supporters club and approaches the new manager for help.

A manager appears looking to take over a failing football club but finds himself having to solve problems of the kids from the local estate.

When two boys join the junior supporters club against their wishes it causes unrest especially when one of them offers to get them free paint in exchange for a place on the board. To avoid this the boys decide to hold a tramps disco but the outcome doesn't go according to plan.

The boys make the chairman an offer, they will sell souvenirs in return for getting the supporters club decorated. Meanwhile Bernie hatches a plan to get his revenge.

Rasputin wants to sign Gonk, the only problem is, Gonk wants to be a vet. So Rasputin decides to bribe Gonk with two thousand pounds and offer his father a job providing he agrees to sign.

Jennifer wants to get her ears pierced but her father will not let her. It's the first match of the season, but there is soon trouble when hooligans enter the supporters club threatening the girls, as the boys come back a huge fight starts resulting in everyone getting arrested apart from Geronimo, who turns up at the end and witnesses the aftermath.

Mac has a novel idea of how to deal with football hooliganism, meanwhile the police arrive looking for a mysterious supporter who saved the life of a little girl and then disappeared. Also Jennifer's father becomes worried as she disappears but do the boys know more than they are telling ?

It's boxers birthday and the lads arrive with a present, meanwhile back at the club Rasputin tells Mac he is arranging a two legged friendly with an Italian club whose manager is getting ready to fly in. Also Boxers dad gets a job abroad, only trouble is he expects the family to go with him, is this the end for Boxer ?

The lads try to find where the dog is being hidden before it is taken back to Italy. Meanwhile Boxers dad turns down the job.

Wurzel decides to go fishing and meets a boy who is not all he seems, meanwhile Ginge wants Mac to watch him play but is afraid to ask him. While Jerry finds a trophy which he wants to present to the player of the year.

Wurzel and Ali get caught poaching, in the rush to get away Ali leaves the fishing rod behind. Meanwhile Ginge gets his first game for the under 17's and Wurzel decides to follow Ali to find out where he really lives.

A general alert is put out for Wurzels friend, meanwhile Ginge is injured while playing in a match.
