Every now and then we get the urge to play some old games. We're talking NES, SNES, Gensis old here. So we sit down, pick out something that looks like it has potential (to be awesome or horrible) and start riffing. There is one question we are trying to answer - do we want to continue? In this episode, Dom, Nick, and Paul git to wrastling! Tecmo World Wrestling to be exact.

Every week on Continue?, we play a random old school game for 45 minutes. We're talking NES, SNES, Gensis old here. There is one question we are trying to answer - do we want to stop playing or continue? This week, Dom, Nick and Paul go ultra-retro - Caveman style. Caveman Games is kinda like California Games, only with less surf boards and more naked Cavemen butts.

This week our heroes, Dominic Moschitti, Paul Ritchey and Nick Murphy, battle happy robot washing machines, seek insight from horses, and celebrate at McRonalds. Seriously. That's not a typo. That's what this game is about.

This week we got a golden ticket that sent our heroes, Dominic Moschitti, Paul Ritchey and Nick Murphy, into their favorite movie video game. When I use the word "favorite" to describe this, I don't mean something that is treated or regarded with special liking. No, when I say "favorite" I mean something that we will barely remember and will eventually grow to hate. Kind of like an ex-girlfriend that you dated in high school. Yes I'm talking about you Michelle. You will always be my "Last Action Hero."

Today on Continue? - Dominic Moschitti, Paul Ritchey and Nick Murphy venture into the wild world of...Demonhead. That's probably not right, but go with it. We are tasked with hunting down 7 governors...in order to have a wish granted. You know, these old Nintendo RPG plots sound more and more like Dragonball every week. Well, at least the cover has a buff dude saving a totally hot chick. That's something we can get behind.

Today on Continue? - Dominic Moschitti, Paul Ritchey and Nick Murphy pretend to be the Hanson Brothers. Not the Hanson Brothers. They also try to perfect the Knuckle Puck. Can the Miracle on Ice happen again? Ok. I think I've run out of hockey movie references. So... yeah. We play a hockey game. Wait, wait, wait... Flying V.

Today on Continue? - Dominic Moschitti, Paul Ritchey and Nick Murphy act like total idiots. No surprise there. But what they are playing is a fantastic game from Blizzard called The Lost Vikings. Those vikings are kind of like us. Each of us is good at one thing and we have hot wives with big boobs. Also, we love pillaging.

Today on Continue? - Dominic Moschitti, Jonathan Cooper (in for Paul Ritchey) and Nick Murphy play some roundball. That's what the kids are calling it these days, right? I wish I knew more about basketball so I could whip out some funny lines about the game. Remember that time that Michael Jordan played basketball against those aliens? Or how about when Juwanna Mann got kicked out of the NBA and had to play in the WNBA? Then Rudy won the game... the basketball game. That happened. But seriously, we play NBA Jam TE on Playstation.

Today on Continue? - Dominic Moschitti, Nick Murphy, and Paul Ritchey pop in Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection and play some Bonanza Bros. Watch as we team-up for some super-awesome-epic robbing of rich people.

We've all seen First Knight, starring Richard Gere as Lancelot and some old, nameless coot as King Arthur. What more of the story is there to tell that Jerry Zucker did not plunge into in his masterful period piece? Plenty, apparently, and the place to hear the story is on Sega. By playing a game called Legend of Galahad. A game that doesn't even appear to have story, but it is there, man. Oh it is there if you are driven to find it. There are layers man...layers. Like some Mexican dip that beckons you from a picnic table across a yard at your friend's BBQ. You know you probably shouldn't eat anymore because each chip you consume has about 2000 calories of sour cream and refried beans. You just keep on eating, though, because you are on a mission. That's what Legend of Galahad is like, but not at all because the game is actually pretty suck. And there is nary a refried bean to be found. And that's a damned shame.

Not all baseball games are created equal. This is something Dom can attest to - with much anger and passion. Everyone has their favorite 'ball game, and Dom's in particular is Baseball Stars. So we decided to check out the sequel, for this week's show. What no one ever told me was that every baseball game has the same controls. Also, no one ever told me how to control a baseball game. So...enjoy watching me flounder as Nick and Dom laugh and laugh.

Would you like to play a game about a cop who uses a bitchin' robot suit to fight crime? What if I told you he had a jet pack? Well let me sweeten this deal and tell you that he also has a rockin' gun-arm. Here's the bad news though: It isn't Robocop. Also, imagine Robocop: The Game where you play as Murphy for 2 levels. Bo-ring. That is this game. Do you still want to play?

If you read the teaser for this article, you are probably wondering "What the hell do all those 90s references have to do with Streets of Rage?!" Well, if you have ever watched an episode before you know we are three crazy people that somehow got an awesome job, and our brains make connections no other human consciousness could concoct. The Streets of Rage series was the jam. Sure, you could say it was a Final Fight rip-off, but back in the Genesis days it is all an ailing Sega fanboy/girl could have. Well, we sat down to test out the nostalgia factor on the first game.

At one point in my life I was afraid of the robot uprising. I really didn't feel comfortable with how the robots were designed. What was with the creepy skeleton bodies? But I digress. After playing Base Wars, I welcome the robot uprising with open arms...open, robotic, skeleton arms.

I love everything about Double Dare! If you don't know what I'm talking about, befriend a crazy old scientist and get to 88 mph. Get your ass back to 1986 and figure it out. You can't do those things? Well I guess you can play this game to try and become a better person.

A long time ago Disney put out some great games. This was the 16-bit era. Nearly everything they put out, much like their movies, was gold. But how does one of the earlier titles fare today? Dominic, Nick, and Paul find out as they play Castle of Illusion in this episode of Continue?

Vectorman is not a man (he is a robot) and I am also pretty sure he isn't a vector (he is balls). Roboballs, Ballbot - these are both better names for this game. But hey, we didn't make it. We just played it. Also - robots love flags. All colors of flags.

When I was a kid I looked forward to Sundays because that was the day when new Nicktunes premiered. My favorite of all was Ren & Stimpy. So when Stimpy's Invention came out back in 1993 for the Sega Genesis, I had to have it. My memories of the game are fond, but does it still hold up? Will Nick and Paul like it? Bah, who cares what they think anyway?

There was a weekend routine when we were kids that involved TV, cereal, and of course video games. We'd beg our parents to let us rent a video game from the local Blockbuster. The game was either bad, good, or amazing, and would dictate the overall quality of the weekend. One particular weekend for Paul, Toe Jam and Earl for Sega Genesis made his weekend a success, but does it still hold up today?

Hey, remember the 90's? Man, everything was so good then. Good music, good movies, good video games, good comics... yeah kind of. Then they made a video game about comics in the 90's. It was more over the top than Over The Top. Enjoy the adventures of Sketch Tunner! Who is that? Who cares.

People seem to only remember two fighting games from the nineties: Street Fighter II and Mortal Kombat. Which is a bit of a shame seeing as there were plenty of great fighters produced in that decade. Sega even attempted to enter the genre with their own fighting game Eternal Champions. Street Fighter II and Mortal Kombat stand the test of time, but does Eternal Champions?

Yo, as a kid, we all wanted to be Dr. Grant from Jurassic Park. Then the movie went on a bit longer and we wanted to be the dude that maintained the raptor pen. Then those mother f'ing raptors busted out and...well you can figure out what we wanted. We wanted to slice up stranded scientists and children with our totally sweet toe-talons.* Jurassic Park the game gives you two out of three of those things. There is no option to play as a raptor maintenance man, but I am sure the ill-fated raptor dung cleaning sim was dropped in the last phase of the game's development cycle. *In this entire paragraph, take "we" to mean "me". If you directly replace the words, it kind of sounds like I am talking in a caveman voice. Reading is fun!

If you grew up in the 90s, you know all about this show. If you didn't, then maybe you should go back to watching Naruto. Is that what the kids are watching these days? Anyway, Beavis and Butt-head was a show where two rejects make fun of music videos. This is back when MTV forced non-music-video shows to feature music videos. Then there was a video game about the show. Now, almost 20 years later, three rejects make fun of this game.

"I think JAWS is a pretty cool guy. He kills boats and doesn't afraid of anything." Truer words have never been spoken, but real talk: JAWS is scary. Watch as we attempt to slay the aquatic beast while collecting sea shells as we travel from harbor to harbor. It's our favorite thing to do.

This game is fantastic. So fantastic it is hard as shit. I don't know anyone who wasn't afraid of the water level. Watch three grown men cower in fear at the mere mention of that level.

Most people don't know about this but the cause of the Civil War was because Abraham Lincoln was more of a Team Jacob fan and he saw that Gen. Robert E. Lee had a Team Edward poster in his dorm. Things got really heated when Arch Bishop Franz Ferdinand started that band with Lincoln and didn't ask Robert E. Lee to play bass. Needless to say... shit was on. This game is an accurate reenactment of those events.

On a mysterious island, a group of strangers must work together to stay alive. Their survival is threatened by mysterious entities and inhabitants of the island. After making their way through the jungle, they attempt to leave the island on a raft which they have constructed. More on LOST in a moment but this week on Continue?, we play Super Adventure Island.

Remember Cool Spot? He was that little red dot on the 7up logo. Once in a while he'd do something in a 7up commercial, and it was usually pretty cool, as the name would imply. But do you remember when he had his own video game? Yep, a soft drink mascot with his own game. It was the 90s. Unfortunately the same can not be said for the "Make 7up Yours" guy. Say, when's the last time you saw 7up? Come to think of it...when's the last time you saw Orlando Jones? Someone call Robert Stack.

War is Hell. Plain and simple. In this episode we get loud, fair warning.

Was DuckTales just a show about a very greedy duck who never really learned the meaning of true happiness? When you think of it that way, DuckTales wasn't a very fun show at all. Capcom made a DuckTales game for Nintendo way back when, and it was very good. At least we remember it being very good. Regardless, DuckTales the game is the meaning of true happiness.

Paul is a complete hockey nerd, so when we decided to play Hit The Ice for Super Nintendo this week I was really glad that we kicked him off the show in the previous episode. Man I hate Paul. Anyways, this week we introduce the newest member of the Continue? team, Raul, as we play Hit The Ice without Paul.

Well, we have had plenty of requests for this one. That's right, you 4channers and Gamestop prank-callers - it's Battletoads. We set out to conquer that which may be one of the most talked about NES-era levels of all time. The jet ski board. That shit was tough, but was it just our feeble 10-year-old reflexes? Or did Rare really have it in for its audience. Let's find out.

Ok, so it isn't Halloween just yet, but for all of October we're playing games that involve monsters, Draculas, Freakensteins (sexy version of Frankenstein), and of course zombies, to help you get in the Halloween mood. There are few games that combine both zombies and neighbors so well. Zombies Ate My Neighbors for Super Nintendo is one of those games. Watch as we play and recall our favorite Halloween candies and terrible things Paul's dad did.

Salutations viewer! Welcome to the second installment of our Halloween specials where we play games dealing with Monsters, Mummies, Mother by Glenn Danzig, and other creepy things! Once in a while on Continue? we play a game that leaves us thinking, "WTF?" This is one of those games. Monster Party for Nintendo is the story of Mark, his bat, and his new friend Bert. Don't get too scared now.

Happy Halloween once again! We are well aware that it is not Halloween just yet, but we know you'll all be going to all those Halloween parties this weekend. We just want to say: HAVE FUN. Just try not to drink too much candy corn-flavored soda. Ok so get this - there's a game on Sega Genesis where you play as a ghost and you jump into objects to haunt them and scare people out of a house. It's called The Haunting, and I think it's safe to say that this is the only game of it's kind. Watch was we play and try not to get too scared.

This week we played one of the scariest games ever - Friday the 13th for Nintendo. Ok, so maybe it isn't that frightening now, but when we were kids we could not play this game, honest. I think Nick and Paul are still a little scared by it.

Once in a while on Continue? we play a game that has us going head to head in battle. Nick yells, Paul screams, and I laugh. This is one of those episodes. Today we're playing Samurai Shodown for Sega Genesis. Check out Paul's sweet samurai moves, and listen for Nick's battle cries.

It's a rare occassion on Continue? when we play a game that none of us have played before. So when our Facebook friend Chase suggested that we play Dynamite Headdy for Genesis, we said "We should do that." Sorry, this story seemed a lot more exciting in my mind. Regardless, you should watch as we try to figure out what's going on!

Not too long ago wrestling ruled...like, everything. I'm pretty sure the President couldn't approve of something unless Jake "The Snake" Roberts was present. Anyway, today we're going back to that time with Saturday Night Slam Masters for Super Nintendo. Paul yells, Nick yells, and Dom laughs.

There can only be one King of the Monsters. So in order to decide which monster will be king, four monsters got together and decided to fight it out in various cities in Japan. One of the guys isn't even a monster! Watch as we play King of the Monsters for Super Nintendo. Spoiler alert: Turns out we were the monsters all along.
