A regular office woman, finds she keeps breaking her computer and other electronic equipment. A group of men try to get them to come with her (introducing the Foundation), but are stopped by Chinami and her partner Maori, in suits which enhance their powers.
Chinami and Maori infiltrate a school, which has been bought by the Foundation, where they are found to be testing all the students, for the E power.

Chinami and Maori head to Osaka to protect a E user who emailed OZ. The E user, Akane, is elusive whenever they try to help her, while being followed by Foundation. Maori finally is able to get to her, but Akane isn't quite the innocent person in trouble.
Chinami arrives at the location to fine Maori already gone as well as Akane. While Chinami goes in search of her, Akane tries to make Maori question who/what she is doing. Marori eventually escapes, as Chinami finds where she tries to rescue her.
