This was back in March after we got home from Orlando and then again in April to see if we had the antibodies, watching back this footage really reminded me about have crazy it was a few months ago! i had no idea what was going to happen, if we were safe, if we were at risk, no one did! and now here we are coming up on July and the UK almost opening back up but in the background the prospect of a 2nd wave luming!!

We stopped eating red meat about a year ago, pork about 2 years ago and for me dairy about 8 years ago but still do eat chicken and fish.. but with more and more options like this opening up it makes the idea of being more vegan and plant based not to hard!

Well this wasn't expected! were now back to home schooling! and we also find out tomorrow if any of our kids were infected!! which means that we won't be able to go to LapLand next week which we had booked! or pretty much leave the house ever again!
