This is a commentary by Joel and Phelan on the 1st Mortal Komedy episode done on Oct 27,2006 so it is a little dated. But enjoy our stupid comments anyway besides we remember some things here we might not have with a more recent commentary.

The first episode of Mortal Komedy made in 2006. Shang Tsung has a new plan to take over earth realm, and its…. SHAMPOO? However, Tsung has to watch out for Earthrealm’s protectors, if they aren’t too busy being idiots…

Rayden appears and informs Johnny Cage and Sub-Zero that they must go to outworld to defeat Shang Tsung, though Rayden is acting rather strangely when he informs them of this. Meanwhile Liu Kang meets up with another Lin Kuei warrior, Smoke, and they make their own plan to go into outworld to defeat Tsung.

Phelous and the Movies review: Mortal Kombat’s sequel annihilates most of it’s cast and instead adds countless extra characters in order to make an incoherent mess.

Phelous and the Movies review: Phelous finally reviews some terrible Mortal Kombat parody, Mortal Komedy.

Rayden tells Sub-Zero and Johnny Cage to get out of outworld and learn that another tournament will take place in Outworld and are shocked who the first opponent will be.

The Tournament Down and Starts as Sub-Zero has to face his one time ally Smoke. Will his other Lin Kuei buddy, Cyrax, be able to offer anything useful or will Stryker ruin everything?

Sub-Zero and Johnny Cage have a break from the tournament and decided to recall memories of things they weren’t there for or a past that makes very little sense.

Sub-Zero has no Christmas spirit and it’s up to Johnny Cage, Rayden and Liu Kang to make sure he finds it. Will Sub-Zero’s heart thaw? Will that kill him? Happy Holidayality!

Rayden informs Sub-Zero and Smoke of the DC Realm invasion. Sub-Zero decides to take on Batman while Smoke has to deal with Alfred. (Originally shot the day after MK vs DC’s announcement)

Rayden decides to send Sub-Zero back in time to try and stop Shang Tsung before he ever started but isn’t very good at sending him anywhere even remotely useful.

Johnny Cage faces off against Baraka, while Liu Kang has his first match in the tournament against Mileena and Sub-Zero finally has a showdown VS Scorpion.

After Sub-Zero finds Johnny Cage hallucinating on mushrooms in the Outworld wilderness, Smoke accidentally glitches out Scorpion. This leads to the might of Ermac and it will take everyone to stop him! Well except Cage, all he has to do is fight Reptile.

Santa has been kidnapped! OOOHHH NNNOOO!!! Will Sub-Zero and Johnny Cage be able to actually get Rayden to help them him or will he be too busy being the God of Baking? Maybe we’ll have to relay on Shao Kahn instead… WHAT!?

OH NOO Santa is dead! Who will deliver presents now? The Earthrealm warriors of course…

Cyrax gives Sub-Zero and Smoke new uniforms takes them to his place for new Lin Kuei training. Johnny Cage also attempts to get himself ready for a challenge he never excepted: Badminton!

Johnny Cage tries to kick start his career by getting into video game reviewing and ropes Sub-Zero into it. Can Cage manage to stumble his way through a Street Fighter 2 review?

It’s a Christmas/Valentine’s Day massacre! Santa has returned but he’s corrupted and giving people on his naughty list something a little more than coal: FATALITY! Earthrealm and Outworld might to team up to save both realms!
