When James and his wife Tokiko bought into this beachside community five years ago, they planned to turn this rustic little rancher into a fairy tale home. And since they both enjoy being outdoors so much, the renovations that needed to be done didn't seem like they would be too big of a deal. But now with two young kids and a nearby business to run, James still hasn't made any big changes to the family's small living space and Tokiko is fed up.
