The first patient in this instalment is Vanessa, whose breasts are different sizes. This rules out strapless dresses, going to the beach in a bikini and when she gets married, Vanessa expects to put in an insert in the bra of her wedding dress to even things out.
What isn't so nice is the mouth of Dr Sam's next patient. Former footy player Frankie has been hiding the true condition of his oral health for years. And when the case is teased like that, you know what's next just cannot be good.
Back in the clinic, we meet beanie-clad Brian, who doesn't want anything removed; he wants something back. And what he wants is his hair, which began disappearing in patches at age 15.
But by far the biggest hair-raiser this week is Martin, 56, whose penis is wince-inducing at first glance. He tells Dr Sam that he has a port wine birthmark down under, which makes "getting together with someone and having a good time" near impossible.
