High-jump champion Dalton Grant reaches new lows with a limbo dancing contest during a Caribbean-themed night.

Four rugby greats - Kyran Bracken, Martin Offiah, Victor Ubogu and Gareth Chilcott - go shoulder-to-shoulder in a charity rugby special.
Cheeky scrum half Kyran Bracken kicks off a week of banter and boisterousness by comparing manly war wounds with his fellow players. Also the quartet play 'egg Russian roulette', involving one fresh egg and three boiled eggs.
On night two, winger Martin Offiah attempts a night of fine dining involving mussels and an 'authentic' Nigerian stew.
Prop forward Victor Ubogu decides to lighten the mood on night three by getting everyone up close and personal with some sheep. And as 'lightweights' Martin and Kyran re left lagging, things get even more lively when Victor's guests discover that his dining table doubles as a pool table.
Gareth Chilcott rounds off the week.

In a first for the show, some of the most calamitous celebrity hosts return for a week of second-chance dinner parties. Kicking off the week is entertainer Bobby Davro.
Bobby is sure he's learned his lesson after the blunders of his previous party, where he served up measly portions and an inedible dessert.
Bobby's love of fun and frolics is the inspiration behind his `School Days' theme menu and dress code. And while tiny dancer Wayne Sleep is excited about trying `Sir's Sausage and Mash', actress Lesley Joseph is more concerned about looking a prat in her pinafore and straw boater.
With It Girl Tamara Beckwith and Apprentice star Raef Bjayou adding a generous dollop of posh perspective, Bobby's evening quickly becomes a raucous night of bad behaviour, poor spelling and even a caning for mischievous schoolboy Wayne.
Will Bobby's evening be a lesson in fine food and entertainment, or will he be sent to the naughty step after yet another night of culinary gaffes?
Wayne Sleep returns to make good on his previous calamitous turn as a celebrity cook. This time Wayne plans a Moulin Rouge theme for his night - with dress code.

Wayne Sleep returns to make good on his previous calamitous turn as a celebrity cook. This time Wayne plans a Moulin Rouge theme for his night - with dress code.
Bobby Davro unleashes his inner drag queen and dons a frock. Lesley Joseph's eyes begin to water - not from the sight of Bobby in a dress, but from the strong cheese on Wayne's menu. And Apprentice star Raef Bjayou may have come dressed as a manly Ring Master but he soon finds himself dancing the Can-Can with the rest of them.
By the time dessert arrives it's all too much for socialite Tamara Beckwith.
Buckle up for one of the most raucous, debauched and just plain silly nights in Come Dine with Me history.
Apprentice star Raef Bjayou takes a second turn as a celebrity host. Raef plans to cook his own meal this time, but he hasn't got a home to cook in!

Four comedians do culinary battle for charity.
Going head-to-head in this festive special are Sean Hughes, Gina Yashere, Paul Tonkinson and Duncan Norvelle.
Sean serves up a non-festive, nonsense-sounding menu of `squibby's delight', `mumsy's surprise' and `Irish odlums', all containing the same ingredient - home-made vegetarian stew. He also hires a Smiths tribute band for entertainment.
Duncan Norvelle's night includes a live nativity scene, a Cliff Richard impersonator, opera singers and fireworks. But how does his cooking hold up?
Paul Tonkinson impresses with his home-made cooking and some feel-good Christmas carol singers, while Gina lays on a risky raw-food menu, some festive fancy dress and a group dance with a gospel choir.

The second day of the Christmas special sees Big Brother villain 'Nasty Nick' Bateman play host, and he's planned a Dickensian Christmas Carol themed evening with all the trimmings.
It soon becomes clear that Nick is taking his role of Scrooge too seriously and his guests are shocked when they see the tiny amount of food on their plates and the portion control applied to the dessert.
To make matters worse, Nasty Nick's hosting leaves a lot to be desired and even a rousing chorus of Ding Dong Merrily on High fails to end the evening on a high note.

Day three's pantomime is Snow White, casting model Bianca Gascoigne in the lead role as host. Her welcome certainly doesn't fall flat and, with her bevy of seven dwarves, her entertainment hits just the right note.
However, it's not just the spuds on the stove simmering, as tensions at the table between 'Nasty Nick' Bateman and Linda Nolan threaten to boil over.
Will Bianca's festive blow-out impress her guests or will tensions cost her the £1000 charity prize?

It's day four of the pantomime inspired Christmas special and the host is soap actor turned panto star Danny Young, who's putting on an Aladdin themed evening for his guests.
Danny prefers takeaways to cooking and normally leaves things to his girlfriend. It soon becomes clear that he's been given a hand in preparing his meal, which he still manages to mess up.
His guests arrive resplendent in Far Eastern costumes. The arrival of a belly dancer lightens the mood and there's wall-to-wall wobbling flesh as the celebrities burn off some of the calories they have consumed.

Entertainment is provided by Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer as you've never seen him before and one of the guests walks away with a Christmas present of £1000 for charity.
