Se-poong and the people of Gyesoo Clinic are now in Hanyang, and as expected, everyone feels relieved by their very existence. However, Se-poong is not all that pleased. Not being able to be with Eun-woo, Se-poong feels a void in his heart. As soon as Eun-woo arrives in Hanyang, the symptoms of His Majesty worsen, and the two get right on it. While looking for the cause of the disease, they run into their rivals.
The cause of the epidemic that was spread inside and outside the palace seemed impossible to be found until Se-poong and Eun-woo caught a court lady stealing the palace’s liquor.

The cause of the epidemic that was spread inside and outside the palace seemed impossible to be found until Se-poong and Eun-woo caught a court lady stealing the palace’s liquor. Se-poong is on the verge of losing all his titles and honors due to District Governor Ahn’s scheme. However, he refuses to submit to wrongful accusations. Physician Gye believes it’s safe for Se-poong and Eun-woo to be cautious, so he separates them for the time being. Lady Eun-woo visits a pregnant patient’s house for an emergency house call, but it’s already past the absurd curfew set by Governor Ahn.
Eun-woo returns to her home on Heuksan Island to keep Se-poong safe. Upon hearing about her departure, Se-poong heads to the island himself. However, Kang-il ends up there as well.
