On the track of the Autodrome de Montlhéry, François Allain will challenge Maeva Coucke, the ex Miss France for a boosted run.

François Allain unearthed a Half-Track M16 dating from 1943, a military machine designed and used during the Second World War and very popular with history buffs. Its restoration looks complicated. Indeed, the vehicle is capricious with, in particular, a defective rear axle. The expert then gives an appointment to the scriptwriter and director Serge Tignères, the reference of modern historical documentary, on muddy and rough terrain for a reconstruction.

François Allain takes charge of a Mercedes 190 SL from 1962 which, despite its perfect appearance, was not sold when it was put up for auction. He and his team are working on restoring the German roadster, in particular to resolve a vibration problem felt during the test of the vehicle. Then, the expert takes the wheel of a 1957 model, alongside the former judoka David Douillet.

François Allain resuscitates a car emblematic of the French automobile heritage: the Citroën Rosalie 10L of 1932. However, the vehicle exceeds its coast which does not seem to the taste of the team of François' restaurateurs. Together, they will find a solution to solve the equation and make a profit on the sale by lowering the cost of the restoration. Finally, Allain will invite the actor, Arnaud Ducruet, for an anthology ballad in the 1930s.

During this new project, François Allain renovates an icon of the French automobile of the 70s: the Citroën SM of 1970. The automotive expert will have to review the hydraulic suspensions of the vehicle before imagining selling it. At the Hôtel Marigny, property of the Élysée Palace, Allain receives the star host of French television, Michel Drucker, in order to explore together the history of the Citroën SM, aboard a presidential SM which has rubbed shoulders with certain major presidents of the Fifth Republic. There is also a short presentation of the SM2A, what should be a SM without any faults and improved, like the Singer 911 for the SM.

For his new project, François has launched a huge challenge: restoring a Renault Alpine A310 Gendarmerie from 1981. This is the first automobile restoration of the museum of the national gendarmerie. The mechanical work is colossal, everything must be almost replaced: suspensions, running gear, radiator, carburetors ... For this restoration, François has great pressure on the shoulders and the restaurateurs will only have 3 weeks to deliver the Alpine to a gendarmerie event. Alain Bernard, Olympic champion in French swimming, will dive into the 1970s with François for a safety test on board an Alpine.

Today, François is going to lend a hand to an old friend by tackling a legend of the Seventies with a powerful and elegant character: the Dino 246 GT, from 1972. Problem of direction, suspension and defective carburetor, the list is long for our restaurateurs who must respect the budget set by the owner of the car. For this new project, François Allain is tackling an elegant and sporty English car, the first car from 007: the Sunbeam Harrington. The C series model from 1963 was produced in only 20 copies from 1961 to 1963. 12 of them are currently listed in the world. But the vehicle will reserve some unpleasant surprises for the team with bodywork concerns, an oil leak and badly damaged upholstery. The actor Bruno Solo will share with François his love for cinema and the automobile.

François Allain is working on the restoration of a BMW Z1, dating from 1989. This German model has a timeless design and revolutionary technology. François surrounds himself with eminent experts to repair the failed retractable door and the faulty electrical system. The flector and the timing belt have to be changed. The deadline is short because the specialist decided to part with it during a prestigious auction. François gave an appointment to the animated animator Cartman, fan of cars from the 80s, to test a Z1.

François Allain tackles the most smiling car of the English roadsters: the Austin Healey Sprite Frogeye, from 1960. The vehicle, under his frog eyes, will however give a hard time to restaurateurs with the presence of corrosion on the floor, and a faulty wheel shaft. The guest of this program will be the TV host journalist, Sandy Héribert. A nice surprise awaits the Franco-British who has never driven Frogeye before.

With the help of his pool of restaurateurs, François Allain tackles the famous prancing horse with the restoration of a Ferrari GT 2 + 2, from 1966. The luxurious Ferrari branded Pininfarina is far from being unanimous with low crates to turn pale. The beautiful Italian, bought on credit, has two months to regain its splendor.
