Sally is upset after what happened the previous night, as Andy ended up raping her. Jockie gets a letter back from the genetics company, saying the can't do anything. Isobel and Mrs Mack get Eddie a computer for his house.

Everyone is annoyed with Sally for accusing Andy of rape. Paul takes out the fire van on a job. Eddie is worried that Dominic is hanging out with Paul too much. Andy threatens Sally again, but this time Sarah hears him.

It is Tom's court case today, and opinion on him is divided in the community. Sarah tells Tony she will testify against Andy, but Sally doesn't want to go to court. Tom is found guilty and fined £3,000.

Morag tells Tom he has to find the money himself. Mrs Mack isn't happy with people being nasty to her about the court case. Joanna finds out that Lewis got twelve years in jail, and she is delighted. Jockie is being off with Sarah.

Andy has disappeared from Glendarroch. Effie lets it slip to Sarah about the fact that Jockie may want a paternity test, and she is furious. There has been a break in at the cash and carry, and it may have been done with equipment from the fire van.

Sarah told Jockie that she doesn't want him anywhere near Sadie. Chick warns Dominic about getting involved with Paul. Victor hasn't told Mrs Mack that he will be moving out, but Isobel lets it slip, and she is devastated.

Sheila returns to the village and word spreads fast. Chick is feeling worse for wear and takes it out on Eddie when he enquires about Lafferty while Joanna plans a surprise welcome home for Eric and Sarah's plans fall flat.

Sheila has returned from her time off, and is worried that Dominic has fallen into a bad crowd. Eric has returned from Canada, and seems distant, but he wants to be an actor. Effie suspects Sheila is pregnant. Mairi tells Davie about Sheila.

Sarah phones the genetics hospital, as she is thinking about getting a paternity test. Tom and Morag are arguing about having to cut back. Sheila gets into a car accident, and needs to be cut from the car. Eric is bored with the hotel.

Everyone is worried about Sheila. Chick tells Sheila he has been using the cutters to take apart old cars, and Morag is furious. Sheila might lose the baby, and is devastated, and Davie is worried too. Eddie goes to visit Sheila.

Kitty is thinking about going back to Edinburgh, but Mairi doesn't think it's a good idea. Sam returns back to Glendarroch after leaving the clinic, and tells Effie and Jockie to remove all the alcohol from the house.

Sam's sponsor arrives to stay at the Big House to keep her off the drink. Mairi doesn't want to be left alone with Lachie when Kitty leaves, but Isobel tells her everyone already thinks they are sleeping together. Sam continues to go to AA meetings.

Sheila has returned from hospital, and goes back to work. Eric receives a letter from Canada with perfume on it, and Joanna is suspicious. Sam tells Sheila she slept with Dominic, and she is furious.

Kitty leaves for Edinburgh. Sarah receives the results of the paternity test, and discovers that Gary is the father of Sadie. Joanna reads a letter that was addressed to Eric, and finds out he slept with someone in Canada, and leaves with Lucy.

Lachie and Mairi spend the night in the same bed for the first time, but it collapses. Sarah goes round to see Tony, but a girl answers the door. Sam doesn't like the fact that Liam is helping other people so much, as well as her.

Eric leaves to look for Joanna, but she arrives back at the hotel and is planning to leave him for good. Liam finds out the mother of his son has cancer, so he leaves. Dominic confronts Sam about telling Sheila, and gives her a drink.

Sarah is jealous of Tony's friend. Eddie offers to design a website for Glendarroch estate, but Sam isn't sure, so she gives him a job cutting down trees. He gives Dominic money to go to university after Sam gives him a loan.

Dominic is leaving to go to university. Mairi and Lachie are back from their mini break, and everyone wants to know what happened between them. Liam returns to tell Sam that he has to nurse his ex-wife while she is dying.

Mairi clears a lot of stuff out of Lachies house to make some space. Effie is worried to learn that Sam didn't spend the night at the Big House. Isobel tells the police that she found Sams shoe beside the loch, and a boat has been reported missing.

A search party has been formed to look for Sam. Mairi finds all the stuff she threw out hidden on the farm. Sally talks to a reporter about Sam. Lachie is annoyed to learn that Mairi threw out all his stuff after he hid it.

Eddie joins the squad of woodcutters. The story comes out in the newspaper, and Sally is feeling guilty about talking to the reporter. Everyone is shocked that Mairi threw out the chair that belonged to Lachies father.

It turns out that Tony and his friend aren't together after all, as she likes Ewan. Mairi goes to get Lachies chair back from an antique shop, and ends up getting arrested for hitting the owner. Sarah tells Sally she can move back in.

Eddie isn't doing too well with his new job, and isn't getting on with his workmates. Mairi is worried she will be jailed for what she did. Eddie gets beaten up by one of the guys after shouting at him.

Chick goes to the antique shop to scare the owner into giving the chair back. Eddie finds out Dan can't read or write, and wants to offer help. Eric is treating a new guest at the hotel very well as he thinks he will get good business off him.

Dan is in an even worse mood after Eddie offers him help. The charges against Mairi are dropped, and she is delighted. Lachie thanks Chick and Paul for what they did to help Mairi. Siobhan is making quite an impression on Sally.

Lachie is after a big trout in the loch. Siobhan still has feelings for Tony, but he doesn't feel the same way. Eric is still annoyed with Joanna for leaving with Lucy. Eddie suggests to his boss that he help Dan with his writing.

Paul thinks Siobhan likes him, and is trying hard to seduce her, even buying new clothes. Siobhan, Sally and Sarah have a girls night in. Lachie finally manages to catch the fish, but lets it go again.

The police find a body in the loch. Everyone in the village is speculating about the body. Eric is annoyed that Lachie caught the fish that his hotel guest was trying to catch. Sheila goes into labour after an argument with Davie.

The body of a man is found in the loch, and it turns out to be Andy Sharpe and he committed suicide. Eddie and Dan are getting on a bit better. Davie tries to talk to Sheila about the baby, but she is being cold toward him.

Dan doesn't want to take any more lessons, as he thinks he is no good. Eddie gives Dan a tape to listen to. Ewan tells Sally he wants Sarah back. The guest that Eric was fawning over, is actually Joannas lawyer.

Effie wants to take more care of Sheila. Siobhan suggests that Sarah learn how to be a mechanic at the garage. Eric is still annoyed at what Joannas lawyer did to him. Sheila asks Effie to be her birthing partner.

Sarah has her first day as a mechanic, and Ewan gives her some overalls as a present. Effie suggests that Davie buy a pram for the baby to show he cares, so she takes him into town. Isobel is being off with everyone that comes into the shop.

Sarah wants to prove Paul wrong at the garage, and make an impression as a mechanic. Sheila didn't want the pram at first, but Effie makes her come around. Eric goes to the bank manager, and learns he is in a lot of trouble.

Isobel goes to the hospital to see a consultant, and get tested. Tony tells Siobhan again that he doesn't have feeling for her. The doctor tells Isobel it most likely isn't cancer, but she is waiting for the results of a biopsy test.

Isobel is anxious waiting for the result of her biopsy. Eric is worried about what he is going to do, as Joanna is asking for half the value of the hotel. Victor tells Eric to ask Siobhan for help. Isobel gets the all-clear from the test.

Siobhan gives Eric a strict business plan to follow, and he doesn't like the fact he has to cook and clean. Tony is annoyed that Sarah is going after Ewan. Tom seems worried about something after Morag tells him about Isobel's scare.

Morag is worried about what is bothering Tom, as he takes the car out for the day. There is a man wandering about Glendarroch estate, and he isn't getting on well with people. Tom goes to the doctor, as he has a lump in his chest.

Joanna's lawyer comes to visit Eric, and is caught trying to record their conversation. Morag is still trying to find out what's wrong with Tom. The English man that has been wandering around the estate, tells Sheila that he is Sam's son.

Mr Findlay tells Eric he will see him in court. Everyone is preparing for an important shinty match. Siobhan tells Tony she is leaving, and Tony seems to be upset by it, but she confides in Sarah that she is pregnant.

Tom continues to neglect his duties on the croft, and Morag doesn't know why. Mrs Mack is helping Eric in the kitchen at the hotel, as well as cleaning. Sheila goes to the lawyers about Nigel, and he tells her to accommodate him at the Big House.
