"Avatar" is one of the biggest films of the early twenty-first century, which at the time of its release caused people to fall out of their eyes and burst their brains at the same time. Only in a good way, of course. And, of course, it was considered almost the most perfect and flawless science fiction ever... At least until Interstellar. At most, it was considered a "plagiarism" of Disney's "Pocahontas". At one time I turned an entire forum against myself by saying that "Terminator", which came out the same year, wasn't that bad, but "Avatar" wasn't that good. No one wanted to hear any arguments, and the ones that did get through the mental barriers were perceived, understandably, through the same place. Had my opinion changed over the years?
