Just for Laughs

The inventors of stoner comedy, legends Cheech & Chong are still jokin' (and possibly smokin'). Catch them as they perform some of their funniest bits, recall some hilarious behind-the-scenes stories from their days of filming 'Up In Smoke' and host a full bag of the world's funniest comedians. Included in the special are Last Comic Standing finalist Lavell Crawford, creator and star of the Brit cult comedy The Mighty Boosh Noel Fielding, the ever-opinionated Bill Burr, and Canada's own rising star Jay Malone.

Never the introvert, the Angriest Man in America Lewis Black hosts a roster of opinionated comics who just want to be heard, dammit! Along with Lewis spewing his usual bile about the state of everything, Derek Edwards pontificates on his driving frustrations, Dom Irrera thinks alcohol is wonderful, Kathleen Madigan has lost all hope for America, Greg Giraldo rants on about how women have all the power today, and Paul F Tompkins has probably the most incendiary topic of all. You'd be an idiot to miss it... then again, that's just our opinion.

Straight from this year's Oscars to the Just for Laughs stage, witness one of the world's biggest entertainment stars. Coming back to his comedy roots, Steve Martin hosts a monumental night for Just For Laughs. Aside from Steve Martin's stand-up, songs and sketches, there's also Steve Patterson, the host of The Debaters on CBC Radio, Orny Adams and Broadway bound comic Mike Birbiglia.

The master of relationship comedy (and Marriage Ref) Tom Papa kicks off the show with a bang, followed by a solid roster of hilarious comics including author of He's Just Not That Into You Greg Behrendt, SNL's Finesse Mitchell, irreverent Australian Jim Jefferies, animated New Zealander Jarred Christmas, and talented veteran Canadian comics Joey Elias from Montreal and Kristeen von Hagen from Toronto.
