Expeditie Gooris

The journey starts in Munich, where Kelly spent her childhood while her father Jean-Marie Pfaff made waves as a goalkeeper. Along the way, the family experiences many funny situations, surprising twists, but also moving moments.

The Gooris family stops in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Kenji and Shania are already enthusiastic: ?The city where Game of Thrones was filmed!? it sounds. The family is going sailing there for the first time. Back on shore, the family takes a trip to the old part of Dubrovnik.

Kelly Pfaff and Sam Gooris have been married for 22 years, but have seen little of the world together with their children Shania and Kenji. They are now changing that. The family visits various places in Europe that are meaningful to them.

Today in 'Expedition Gooris' the friendly family stops in Verona, Milan, Tuscany and Lake Garda. The trip makes Sam realize that he has missed many precious moments with Shania and Kenji due to his career. He bursts into tears: "It's sad that I missed so much, but this trip made up for it."

The Gooris family explores the sunny port city of Naples. The sun shines mercilessly during a paddling trip, so sunscreen is not an unnecessary luxury. Sam refuses to apply sunscreen. The family also enjoys a guided cruise along the Neapolitan coast and a dinner with a view of the sea.
