Interstella 5555 is an anime film working as the video to an entire album - 2001's seminal 'Discovery'. Pitched by Daft Punk themselves to legendary anime creator Leiji Matsumoto, the multi-layered story tells of a hot intergalactic pop group robbed of their identity.
