In the opening episode, Dick joins Elaine and David as they look around an 1850s chateau with 25 rooms, telling them what to look out for when buying such a vast property. The programme also catch up with Tim and Krys from the first series, who renovated rooms for a boutique B&B in the Dordogne, but have been struggling to juggle parenthood with running the business.

Tim races to get his chateau ready for the first paying guests, battling to get a fence built for a marauding flock of 25 sheep, while partner Krys tries to balance the books.

Dick visits Stephanie to help get the original chateau pizza oven working, while Annabelle and Justin return from holiday to find their chateau infested with bees.

Justin and Annabelle put up their newly renovated exterior chateau shutters, while Jayne and Steve complete their second en suite bedroom.

Justin gets things ready for a visit from his 95-year-old grandmother. Jayne and Steve battle a giant four-poster bed. Dick helps Stephanie with the boiler for her mum's apartment.

Stephanie finishes her mother Isobel's apartment. Painted and decorated, it now has her fathers framed pictures on the walls, a stunning 200-year-old mahogany canopy, plus furniture. Elsewhere, Jayne and Steve finish the Oriental Room and are ready to take in guests. Last in the series.
