Alone in the Wilderness (2017)

Do you dare to find out who you are when it really matters? Eight Danes must survive alone in the harsh nature, as long as possible. The one who manages for the longest time wins, and is thus Denmark's coolest person. In program 1, we follow the participants on the first days of the experiment, where the weather shows itself from its most glorious side, but soon the participants are warned that the stay in the wilderness can be anything but beautiful.

In program 2, the participants 'survival skills are severely challenged as the storm hits and the participants' buildings really have to stand the test. Who can endure the hardships, and who must give up?

In this section of Alone in the Wilderness, several of the participants have to pay a high price for lack of experience and knowledge about life in the wilderness. The question is whether they learn from their mistakes, or whether they must give lost and go home. Do you dare to find out who you are when it really matters? There are seven participants left and especially two are under pressure. Sune destroys his last fishing net and strong winds threaten to overthrow Henrik P's shelter.

Six participants are left in the wilderness and it has become markedly colder. Flemming feels the kilos rattle off him, and is therefore considering a new survival strategy. Mette and Rasmus also have to think in new directions to get food.

Both Henrik P and Flemming struggle with a hole in the rubber boots, but have completely different ways of tackling it. The lack also begins to fill in the participants, and therefore it becomes important to keep going and keep the thoughts away.

There are only a few participants left. And they all struggle with isolation. Mette in particular notices how the longing for the family pulls at her.

With three participants left, the race is close the last few days in the wilderness. But it is the cold and hunger that are the participants' strongest opponents, and who decide who can return home as the winner of Alone in the Wilderness.
