Vala is pregnant and drags Júlíana along for yoga and aquanatal class. Tómas gets an unexpected visit at Luxury Kayaks and Arnar receives an offer to sell the auto shop that he built from the ground up.

Tómas seeks advice from his brother, who's a lawyer. The girls attend a radio interview discussing the medical drama, "On Duty". Arnar thinks he's figured out what kind of father he wants to become.

Vala's mother unexpectedly comes back into her life. Júlíana goes on a TV series audition. Arnar introduces Tómas to his friend Gauti, who tells Tómas that he's got a solution to his money troubles.

The guys go up west to see how Tómas' business partner is doing. At the same time the girls get dragged around town on various errands by Vala's mother.

Júlíana does human-interest magazine interview and Vala deals with her childhood with her mother. The guys come home from their trip and Tómas and Júlíana's neighbors take them by surprise.

Tómas anticipates good times ahead for his kayak business. Arnar gathers up the courage to discuss the auto shop investment with Tómas while Vala's mother drags the girls up west to talk to the owner of VIP Kayak tours West.
