The host takes a road trip down Route 66, sampling steak and frozen custard along the way. His journey ends in Tulsa, where he coaches a retired Navy officer who's trying to eat 23 puffy tacos in 90 minutes.

The Harlem Globetrotters take on the "Squealer Challenge" at Rack & Soul in New York City. Adam coaches the team as they attempt to eat 2-lb. pulled-pork sandwiches topped with super-spicy barbecue sauce.
