Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp are challenged to find two very different properties in beautiful North Yorkshire for an unconventional couple.

The presenters search for properties near Exeter. Kirstie Allsopp helps a couple spend their £600,000 budget on a rural home with plenty of space and an annexe for wife Nancy's mother. Meanwhile, Phil Spencer meets a man who has always lived within the same one-square-mile radius and is struggling to reach an amicable agreement with his wife on a suitable house

Kirstie searches Balham and Putney for a pair of nervous first timer buyers. Phil looks for an Aussie-proportioned property in the Thames Valley.

It's mix and match as Kirstie and Phil mount a search for a new home for a downsizing mum in Carlisle, and catch up with a family who they helped to find a dream bungalow in Bath
