Ernst is back and takes us straight into the wonderful world of Christmas. We'll see how to make beautiful paper Christmas stars, lovely Advent candleholders, and clever decorations for the entrance—all in the spirit of Christmas.

The yard will be adorned with an impressive Christmas portal that welcomes every visitor, and Ernst is also constructing tall torch holders that spread joy and warmth. In addition, there’ll be a sweet saffron cake, and Ernst gives this year’s Christmas meatballs an exciting new seasoning.

Ernst invites us to yet another atmospheric Christmas moment at Nyckelby. He simmers a warming, delicious apple glögg and prepares an exciting Jansson-inspired pizza to accompany it, as well as roasting grapes with garlic—an unexpected and utterly delightful flavor combination.

Ernst glazes the Christmas ham with a beautiful, unique pattern and prepares his mother’s red cabbage. He also crafts a Christmas wreath from lichen branches and turns an old piece of firewood into a farm gnome. Finally, he sets up a Christmas table that makes the entire house glow with holiday magic.
