In our first episode back, Sarah takes a look at three incredible stories including the wonderful Mr. Walker at the Park Hyatt Melbourne, a look at the various conservation efforts underway at Zoos Victoria and a visit to St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne to catch up with therapy dog Macca.

This week, Sarah visits Leith Park, an assisted living facility in St Helena. There she takes a look at a therapy dog program driven by Lort Smith Animal Hospital that aims to improve the lives of the residents.

This week, we take a look back to some of our favourite dogs from season one. Featuring the University of the Sunshine Coast koala dogs, Red Hill Truffles truffle dogs and the CEO of Seagulls at the Australian National Maritime Museum.

This week, Sarah takes a trip to Melbourne’s South Wharf to attend the 2022 Melbourne Dog Lovers Show. Here she meets a wide variety of dogs as well as gets to learn about a cross section of wonderful organisations that utilise working dogs in fantastic ways.

This week, Sarah heads north to Brisbane, Queensland to pay a visit to James Pest & Termite Solutions to find out more about their innovative termite detection dog program. Then she spends some time with legendary dog trainer and author Gary ‘Gaz’ Jackson.

This week, Sarah finds herself paying a visit to Bellden Environmental Services just outside of Brisbane in Queensland. There she meets Dennis, who’s developed a process of using detection dogs to locate water wastage, which helps to preserve a precious natural resource. Plus, we revisit one of our favourite stories from season one – Eudy, who helps to protect the habitat for tiger quolls living in the Otway Ranges.

It’s the final episode of Dog Jobs Australia and this week Sarah heads to the Australian Border Force Detector Dogs training facility to learn more about their program.
