Courtney Rada heads to Lockhart, Texas, for a giant beef rib that ruins her life in the best way possible. Next, she's off to Oakland, Calif., for a porchetta sandwich from a local mobile meat rotisserie. Finally, she's feeling the burn with some very hot chicken in Nashville before wrapping things up with tamarind lamb chops made by award-winning chef Maneet Chauhan.

Courtney Rada throws down with some lamb shoulder over an open fire in Washington, D.C. and participates in a Cheesesteak Showdown in Philadelphia. Later, she meets up with Meat Master Michael Symon for a mind-blowing BBQ kielbasa sandwich in Cleveland, Ohio.

Courtney Rada tracks down a high-brow, $1,000 sandwich in Long Island, New York, before going the other direction with hearty meatloaf on a doughnut in Austin, Texas. In Chicago, she finds a classic sausage sandwich at an iconic location and cooks up some short rib dumplings with Iron Chef Stephanie Izard.

Courtney Rada gets her pork chop on in Nashville before heading to Chicago for a whole smoked goat. In Boston, she indulges in a classic Yankee pot roast, and she makes a stop in Washington, D.C., for a burger party with Chef Spike Mendelsohn.

Courtney Rada chows down on a sandwich that's bigger than her head in Washington, D.C. Then she feasts on a burger to die for in Louisville, Ky., and ribs that tickle her soul in Atlanta. In New York City, Courtney joins Chef Angie Mar as she lights up a duck flambe.

Courtney Rada gets her hands on some hot chicken and French toast in Nashville and a duck fat hot dog in Chicago. Next, she scores a surf-and-turf po' boy sandwich from a classic neighborhood hangout in New Orleans before ending up in New York City for the steak to beat all steaks with Chef Josh Capon.

Courtney Rada gets up early to work the pits at the legendary Snow's BBQ in Lexington, Texas. Then she heads to Chicago to eat the meatiest Monte Cristo in the Windy City. In New York City, Courtney grabs a peanut butter burger, and in Birmingham, Ala., she's in for a meaty treat at Chef Frank Stitt's award-winning Highlands Bar and Grill.

Courtney Rada snacks on a decadent burger in Chicago and swings over to New Jersey for some oxtail stew. In Seattle, she eats octopus two ways before heading down to San Francisco for California fried chicken with Chef Tyler Florence.
