Ingredients for the Salad are listed in the video. Please use whichever ingredients that are available and affordable to you and that help to make your salad colorful! For my salad I have used: Carrots Mango Cucumber Raspberries Blackberries Red, Yellow, and Orange Bell Peppers Tiny bit of Red Onion and Leafy Greens for the Salad! The FullyRaw Low Fat GUAC includes: 1-2 Cups Chopped Zucchini Half an avocado 1/4 Cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper 1/4 Cup Diced Red Onion Optional: 3-4 Roma Tomaotes Tomato 1 Cup Chopped Cilantro Juice of 1 Lemon (or Lime Juice)
