Ingredients:
5-8 Ripe Persimmons
2 cups approximately about 4-5 Roma tomatoes
1 ½ cups of cilantro diced
½ to 1 cup red onion
½ cup Green onion or scallions
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor, process, and enjoy!
