Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander visit a property in Wales with rather steep stairs, a flat in London with lots of period features, and a house in Watford with an enormous cellar. All of these properties went to auction, and Martin and Lucy find out who bought them and what they paid when they went under the hammer.
