With just one more week of the season to go, there is a crucial clash between Everton and Manchester City at Goodison Park in the late kick-off. Manuel Pellegrini's side won the reverse fixture 3-1 earlier in the season, but Everton have won their last three meetings with City at home. Elsewhere, Manchester United take on Sunderland in their final home match of the campaign. It has been a tough season for United, while their opponents Sunderland have spent most of the season in the bottom three. West Ham look to complete the double over London rivals Tottenham Hotspur at Upton Park in the lunchtime kick-off. The day's other games have implications at the bottom of the table as Fulham travel to Stoke, Swansea welcome Southampton, Newcastle host Cardiff and Hull are away to Aston Villa.
