On the menu are a starter of crab mayonnaise rolls with mango salsa, a beef fillet with mushroom gratin and a hot chocolate fondant. John Thomson tackles the recipe challenge, while Janet Street-Porter takes on the might of the supermarkets, and Gordon bids farewell to pigs Trinny and Susannah.
